Unfortunately, there was not much I liked about this stay. The experience was disappointing from check-in through the refund request process.

Yes. I arrived on 06/20/26 around 7:00 PM and experienced issues with the room, including an unpleasant odor and a TV that did not work. I reported the issues during my stay and did not remain for the second night.

Need an update on all fixtures. Everything is old.

The you g lady at the front desk was friendly and did her best, which we really appreciated.

Rooms are nothing like what is advertised. Bathtub and mirror in 1 room was dirty. Sofa & chairs dirty, broken window, curtains filthy & stained. cigarette burn holes on blanket, there was a waded up dirty washcloth on top of clean towels. We left!!!

The staff were friendly.

The room was antiquated. There was a used tissue under one of the pillows. There were coarse black hairs in the towels.

The rooms were nice and clean

They served breakfast that wasn't so good like sliced toasted bread the cereal was old and the danish muffins look like they were out for a while.

I thought when you call a hotel, the hotel would address itself to let the caller know that youy were calling a business of some type. I called twice and the only response I received was Hello.

Everything no good to much smoke

Nothing. We had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and they didn't clean or fix anything like they said they would. I would not recommend nor will I ever stay there again.

I didn't like the fact that they lied about their service. Not only to booking.com but to us, we paid our money and we simply got ripped off.

The hotel was so dirty my room was dirty it's run down elevator didn't work.

smells cigarette from hallway, unprofessional co workers, they never welcome there customers a smile, u will regret once u enter. roches timing on bed and on the floor. bathroom don’t have any towels and soap and many more. looks like a homeless hotel to me.

For my budget the price was great. Comfortable blue blanket

My property as well as I was continuously attack and covered by roaches I couldn't leave any food out or have even a drink open one second without roaches coming near them. I even had to sleep with the lights on in order to try to take control. I eventually left. Gangsters and thugs for all outside hanging around the building I totally wasted my money

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable,I like that they had a Lil store full of junk food. My kinda eatin...staff knew wen I was coming....to buy up some shyt!! I will most definitely be bck...Thanks Frontier Staff for making me feel welcome!!!

No light fixture in kitchen, hall carpets are worn down, custom smoking cigarettes on second floor and sign noted 100% smoke free, customers walking around with beer bottles in their handsSecond and third rooms were just as run down Piles of debris and trash on 1st and 2nd floors

Nothing ,was scared that we were going to die .No one should stay there.Its dangerous. No security.bugs everywhere.no hot water.

A lot of prostitution, loud ,late night avtivity.Foul language in the hallways all the time .We heard gun shots .no smoke detector in our room. No ice makers working .the door to our room had been broken into before.I will never stay there again.

When I arrived to the property there were guests outside the facility everywhere smoking and drinking and playing loud music it looked like a trap house and then when I went inside to check in I had to wait a whole hour before someone came to the desk to check me in I will never be coming back to this hotel.

People hanging in front smoking weed. Yelling and riding bikes in the front lobby. Room smell bad, sheets and cover had hair and dirty spots on it SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
